This website

Information you give us

When you book an intro or email us, we receive what you choose to share: your name, business name, email, phone number, and anything you tell us about your business.

The Asenvi receptionist service

If you become a customer and Asenvi answers calls for your business, the service may process and, where disclosed, record call audio, transcripts, the caller's name and phone number, and appointment details. This is used only to answer the call, book the appointment, and pass the message to you. Callers are told they have reached a virtual assistant and that the call may be recorded.

How we use it

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run Asenvi (for example our voice, scheduling, and messaging tools), only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@asenvi.ca and we will take care of it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
